First and most importantly: happy mega super AWESOME birthday to my lovely rah-rah ah-ah-ah
regala_electra, sometimes purveyor of my needs (very dirty het), queen of karaoke, and all around awesomepants wearer. ILU REG. ♥
Sunday night me and four other friends drove to St. Augustine (a good four hours) and spent the night, and went around the city Monday. Everything was perfect.

Castillo de San Marcos and the winter Florida sky welcomes you.

If my friend Haley is not Lady Gaga for Halloween, we will have words.

(These were of course taken a minute before some lady comes shouting at us not to touch the cannons, haha whups.)

HAT SHOP TIME OUT.

Micheline (the one who traveled around South American and came to stay with me for a while last week), Haley, Doug, Jimmy, myself.

The alleyways are the bestest.

This was a really old church that literally took my breath away when I walked inside.

And this? This is Flagler College. Private, of course. Built in 1888 as a luxury hotel.

This is a rotunda in the ceiling just above...

...those stairs, where the dining hall is. I mean, really? I think it would have been awesome to go to a school that looks like I'm walking through some old historical sight.

The Badass Brigade.

The lighthouse! Yaaay I love the lighthouse.

And the trees. I love these freaking trees.

Tree climbing is never not an option.

I'm sad we didn't get to go to Anastasia State Park, but rain was coming in and another four hour drive back, so. I want to go agaaaain. ♥
Regarding SPN season six, and news surrounding it: I am, and forever (hopefully) will be, an optimist. It is The One Thing that more than often, just gets me through the fucking week. So yeah. I'm an optimist.

Date: 2010-02-19 04:17 am (UTC)Your friend Haley and her guy are such a cute couple. Kinda an unexpected couple (I mean it as a compliment. Their "styles" are a little different) and that's really adorable.

Date: 2010-02-20 08:05 pm (UTC)They are kind of awesome. They're one of few couples I know that are completely opposite from nauseatingly annoying, and they're actually fun to hang out with together!
