Won't be around forever, girl

This morning we woke up to the stomping sounds of a good handful of peacocks on our roof.





They are rather loud.

I finally started The Time Traveler's Wife!! AMAZING. Seriously, how the heck does someone come up with this stuff? It's tiring out my brain and I'm not even 100 pages in yet. Heh.

I am three and a quarter pages done with my last final exam, with question mark to go, finally starting to get some bearing on question one out of three total, am sick of talking about the characteristics and ideals that make up the South. There is no set number of pages it needs to be, which, YOU KNOW. My midterm for this class was 9 pages and I got a B-, so, UH, I don't know.

Oh man, this is my newest favorite icon EVER. "Rodents? AAHH!" I LOVE IT.

The inevitable. I thought I could avoid it, but no. I woke up this morning with a scratchy throat, and now it hurts worse, with added coughing. I do not know what to DO, seeing as how I work in a sort of food industry now... when I get sick, I get sick for a long time, and it's not like I can just take that much time off of work. Auughgha;sdklfjasd. Hopefully I can knock it out before it gets too bad. I'll just eat a bowl full of clementines. Mmm, clementines.

I CANNOT GET OVER the awesomeness of the Arcade Fire's new album. I've also been poking around a bit, and found a few other bands I'm kinda interested in, such Magyar Posse, Dollboy, Allstar Project, Seidenmatt, and Do Make Say Think, all of which are along the same vein of Explosions in the Sky or Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Of course, I can't even find a page for most of them on Amazon.com, so good luck getting my hands on them, I guess.

NGAAH. I accidentally saw - very briefly - one of the huge freaking spoilery pics from 2x14 and I am in the midst of FREAKING OUT and wanting to beat myself up. Oh my Godddd.

So, all right, yesterday while I was, uh, doing my paper, I simultaneously made some MST3K icons, because, you know, I am very good at multi-tasking... and all that. :\
