Jeff Hanson - Welcome Here A drive-by download from teh_music and I ended up absolutely loving it. My God, it's gorgeous. Aaand, from the looks of things, I'm a bit slow on the uptake (as always), as they're pretty popular, or something. I fully intend on getting the full album.

Goldfrapp - Strict Machine Goldfrapp is sex. Absolute sex. Electroclash. It kills me ded.

DeVotchka - The Enemy Guns Oh man. I'm going to have to thank flusteredspeech for introducing me to DeVotchka. They're pretty fantastic. Am I right in saying that they're bohemian? Eastern European? Geh, I'm terrible at that. If you like Gogol Bordello, download!

The Alan Parsons Project - Tell-Tale Heart Holy mother, do I love APP. My dad used to play Tales of Mystery and Imagination: Tribute to Edgar Allen Poe on the record player all the time when I was little, hence the sentimentality. This is damn good rock, people, and with the Edgar Allen Poe thrown in I'm pretty much in heaven.

Hans Zimmer - The Citrine Cross Out of all the 239843 soundtracks I have, I have to say the most gorgeous is the Da Vinci Code. The book sucked, I haven't seen the movie, but I may rent it, we'll see, but the soundtrack? So. Fantastic. I'm a hardcore Hans Zimmer fan. This song and "Rose of Arimathea" are by far my favorites.

Sufjan Stevens - A Winner Needs a Wand Omfg Sufjan. Marry me. I lovelovelove this song. Off his CD A Sun Came!. ♥
