Stress stress stress. Sucks.

Teachers have somehow heavied the workload. I found out today that I have to do a 10-15 minute oral presentation in Spanish for my exam.

Um.

Not only am I a bad speaker already, but I am retarded when it comes to speaking Spanish in front of others. Stutter, stutter, um, yeah, and then, um, stutter, yeah, um. Except, en Espanol.

It is a bit of a comfort, however, that we're able to have our reports in front of us... can't read it, though. Just for glances.

So, I am working on that now, instead of my Bible, which I'll have to postpone until the Friday/Saturday/Sunday I get back, which means I'll have to postpone my history position paper to that following weekend. And also during that week revise my English paper. Oh, yeah, and it'll be during that week that I have to do my Spanish report in class (instead of the week of exams), probably the 5th or the 6th, so I have that to basically memorize too.

Thankfully, my Chemistry test is postponed from tomorrow to the week we get back... I don't think it'll be too difficult. Buuuut, that means I'll have to study that while my brain is fried trying to memorize 3 or 4 pages of Spanish nonsense.

Add all this to regular homework (math alone takes me about an hour to do, if not more so) and you have one stressed, irratable, and broke down Sarah.

C'est la vie. Or is that esto es la vida? :)

Anyway. I declared a loud and blantant "Bite me!" to my workload tonight by going over to Jimmy's house and playing the Return of the King game.

Gaahhhhuuuugggahh. *Wibble*

I got the biggest kick out of the graphics. They were fantastic! Gandalf bloody looked like Gandalf, not some monkey as was on the TTT game. Pippin kicks ass. Seriously. He was verreh good. Not that I played him so I could hear the wee grunting and effort noises when he was fighting, nuh uh, no way.

But. But but. I nearly had a meltdown when in the level of the battle of Pelennor Fields. You're supposed to protect Merry and Dernhelm and when the Lord of the the Nazgul flies down and Dernhelm yells, "You shall not lay a hand upon him! I will hinder you, if I may!" The Nazgul replies with, "Hinder me? Thou fool! No living man may hinder me!" And, gah, of course, Derhelm says, "But no living man am I! You look upon the face of a woman!"

Gahhh. *Weep* That has to be my favorite part in the books. And they have it in there word for word! Alkdjflsjds. I just cannot imagine what the movie will be like. I mean, if the game has it word for word, the movie certainly will. Right? Right. And then Merry yells, "I will stay with you, my lady! Do not fear!" which slayed me, really. Gahhh.

I recorded Elijah, Dom, and Billy being on TRL today but haven't had a chance to watch it yet. Squee. They make me so happy.

Someone get these cinder blocks off my chest.

gahhhh! I HATE when they do that. You have like nothing due in any classes for ages, and then all of a sudden it's like they have a secret teacher meeting and go 'oh... you have all these due dates at the end of this month... yeah i think we can fit ours in there too!'

Grrrr!

Good luck with the spanish presentations. I know how you feel. I have a 20 minute english seminar to plan for. >____< Maybe if I get so nervous that I puke on someone I'll be excuse form havnig to present. LOL
