For the first time in about two months I went to the gym again. Hoorah. Loved it. I always love going.
Ahahha, check this out:
The Official website now has the rating for The Return of the King. It is rated PG-13 for INTENSE EPIC BATTLE SEQUENCES AND FRIGHTENING IMAGES.
For those keeping record at home:
FOTR was rated Rated PG-13 for epic battle sequences and some scary images.
TTT was rated Rated PG-13 for epic battle sequences and scary images.
Yay, now we're upscaled to frightening images! Ohh. Oh. Wait. It's gonna be... that part. And then... that part. You know? Fuguuhalskdflskj. Breakdown at the theatre, yes.
Now, all of the calendar images (spoilers!) on the RotK calendar have their names on them. Wrong, my friends:
Excuse me, but if I were to take a picture of myself and label it, I wouldn't put "Person" under my face. My name is not "Person", it is "Sarah". Those certain hobbits are named Merry and Pippin, I assure you. Just because it takes a wee more space to put it on there doesn't mean you have to make them the lesser of all characters. Galadriel had less screen time than them! Why didn't you just put, "Elf" under her? Heck, "Freaky lady that turns shiny and green with a deep voice" would work too.
Indistinguishable backup hobbits, indeed.
My geek rant for the day, ahaha.
So I called Waldenbooks today when I got home from school so I could catch the manager. I talked to her and I think she basically said that it was doubtful I'd get hired. She said that just within the past month they've gotten 180 applicants and they're calling for interviews to a random few. They're also really only picking people with experiance (nada por mi) and flexible hours.
So, yeah. I'd basically say that's down the hole. Hm. I do, however, have B. Dalton application sitting right next to me. Another book store. Will try that one. If not that, it's off to Yankee Candles I go. Hee.
