Also, we must discuss the utter delightfulness of the J2 panel at the Spain Con.

They confirmed the Supernatural Anime. They have even been consulted on the artwork for Sam and Dean. Jensen thought it was awesome “but can’t Dean have broader shoulders.” They said they would do the voices for the first few episodes.

A) LOLS AT THEM KNOWING ABOUT THE ANIME AND BEING CONSULTED ABOUT IT, and B) DOING VOICES OF FOR THE FIRST FEW EPISODES OH MY GOD SHUT UP RIGHT NOW. I don't know, it's just THEM and anime just doesn't seem to mesh, at all, and the DOING OF VOICES why does that make me so hot idk. Holy crap guys, I'm actually really excited about this.

[Jensen] likes half hour comedies comedy shows inc Modern family, The office and esp HIMYM. He said Barney and Dean need to get together and cruise chicks together.

Oh man, coconut and metal just sent me into paroxysms of laughter because I had forgotten how amazing it was. I'm gonna have to comic book geek out here though and point out that Black Widow is from like the 1960s originally, and it is absolutely nothing new that all comic book ladies are tiny hot girls who can kick everyone's butts. It's mainly that screenwriters aren't also making them awesome, so they just come off as annoying.

And Supernatural: The Animation... I'm so excited! I'm so scared!

Ahaha! I think I laughed so hard in the theater I scared everyone around me. But wow, really? I mean, I knew that nowadays comics are like that, some of them seriously kind of pornographic, but in the '60's? Laaaame. And yeah, maybe I wouldn't mind so much if there was a bit more character development or ~ACTING SKILLS~. Because it's the same even with like, Max from Dark Angel, but maybe that's just because I HATE JESSICA ALBA SO MUCH OH GOD.

Well, the art style was def different then and not always babes in thongs and dudes with biceps bigger than their heads, but comics (like TV) are mostly a land of attractive heroes. The difference between RDJ being hottie, bad-ass Iron Man and ScarJo being hottie, bad-ass Black Widow is that they did not make her funny or interesting or important or ANYTHING except T&A. Pepper Potts, on the other hand, is awesome and adorable even if she can't figure out to run from exploding robots.

I'm pretty sure this was the EXACT sentiment about the newest Star Trek movie when it was first being talked about, which means DO WANT.

You know, I've been hoping more and more than when Supernatural ends, Jensen will get a sitcom. He's got awesome comedic timing, and he's always saying how the only downside to Supernatural is the hours he works, not only doing an hour show but being one of the only two leads. In my head, a sitcom is like, a perfect match. XD

So many people didn't get the Hammer/Shield references and it made me QQ. Scarlett Johansen is one of like three celebs I'd punch in the face IRL if I could, but she wasn't near as annoying in IM2 as I'd feared.
