caithreamI wasn't GOING to do one of these, but I'm bored and avoiding studying for my Mythology exam and I feel kind of bad from not introducing myself after the friending meme, so, UH.
HI. I'm Sarah, I just turned 21 a few weeks ago, and I'm currently living in on the west central coast of Florida, and as soon as I graduate college I'm hightailing it out of this state. I complain about Florida OFTEN, I hate the heat, I hate that there's no mountains, and the beach is nice, really nice sometimes, but mountains trump beaches any day of the week. I'm one exam shy of finishing my junior year of college at the University of South Florida, and that feels pretty good. In June I'm planning on moving over to Orlando with four other VERY awesome people (two of which have LJs), first time ever moving, first time out in the world by myself. I'm currently having some issues getting in to the University of Central Florida, where I wanna graduate with a degree in Literature, due to budget cuts, and yeah, there'll be bitching about that too until I get it resolved (hopefully HOPEFULLY.) I've been a Starbucks barista for a little over a year and a half and I LOVE it, even though helping the general public sometimes makes me want to shoot myself in the face.
Fandom-wise, I'll been obscenely devoted to Supernatural for two years this June. Before that it was Harry Potter, and before that, Lord of the Rings. I sometimes get uh, EXTREMELY enthusiastic about certain things, so you'll have to excuse that. Not so much into Wincest as I am (DIRTY DIRTY) het and gen, but hopefully you'll still find me to be good times, heh. I'm PAINFULLY self-conscious, so that's why you won't hear me talk about my own writing much, though I do enjoy writing lots and lots, OBVIOUSLY.
Uhhm. I'm a natural blonde, I'm obsessed with Radiohead, I lovelovelove Rock Band/Guitar Hero even though I don't own one (SOON TO BE RECTIFIED, I HOPE), I HATE it when people ask me what I want to do with my Lit degree and then cluck their tongue when I tell them I really don't know and am not really concerned about it, I've never seen snow, and I love my family immense amounts and am going to miss them terribly when I move. Conclusion: I'm not really a very interesting person! But I hope you enjoy whatever I blather out just the same. :D
I think my iPod is officially dying, woe! It keeps freezing up and I restarted it about six times today. I've had it for about four years, and I use it LOTS, though. I've got a bunch of gift cards from Best Buy, so I'll probably go out and buy an 80 gig video tomorrow night, or something. RIP, Crow T. Robot!
One exam down, one to go! I also got my 8 page paper back today, which had an A- on there, so YAY.

Date: 2008-04-29 04:04 am (UTC)WELL, I was originally planning on moving to Boone, North Carolina, which is right at the base of the Appalachian mountains, and go to grad school at Appalachian State University. BUT then my friend Chrissy was all, COME MOVE IN WITH ME IN UTAH OMG and I was all, !!! OKAY! So yeah. Most probably out west for a bit. :D
ISN'T IT?? I'm debating whether or not to name my new one Crow T. Robot II or Metallipod. HMMM.
UGH GOD I DON'T EVEN KNOW. We have the prettiest boys EVER.
