Oh man. You guys. We might have a problem.

You see, the past two days I've pretty much been reading an embarrassing amount of Dark Angel fic. I KNOW okay umm. Dammit, I just hit the button OKAY, I didn't know what I was getting myself into. All Alec-centered, obviously, you think I'd be sitting here reading about Jessica Alba? Bitch please. BUT UM. *HANDS* ALEC, OKAY. He's kind of. Guys I have no words. I'm so smitten. HE'S SO ADORABLE?? All of the fic's really been by one central author, because I'm sure the badfic out there in that fandom is RAMPANT. My knowledge of the interworkings of the show is sparse at best as, haha, pretty much I've watched nearly all of the Alec-only scenes and then saw a few episodes on the Sci-fi channel, so. The show itself is, um. Rather terrible. Pretty much it should have been all about Alec.

So yeah, go on, throw any links of good DA fic in my general direction that anyone might have, just, you know, Alec-centered with zero slash pls. Also ummm if anyone so happens to have The Berrisford Agenda? Homg don't make me do grabby hands. Or any other clips uploaded anywhere that aren't fucking fanvids. Any support for my crack habit, you know how it goes.

I assume the fic you've read is by alethialia? Because that's the only DA writer I really "know."

You know, because I am siiiick and not feeling well I was really tempted to buy Dark Angel on DVD yesterday. Dammit Jensen Ackles and your awesomeness as Alec! I do not have the money to blow it on urges to see you as a ridiculously awesome badass.

Ooh, no, I haven't! I'll definitely have to check her out too! It's actually minkmix and her tons o' stuff here. I knew Original Cindy was kinda rad, but the Alec and Cindy BFF fic she writes? I SQUEAL INTO MY FISTS OKAY. It's stupid adorable. <3

Srsly, I just may have to do that too. Or maybe ask for it for Christmas, even though my parents will be like DEAR GOD, here we go again. AHAHA.

Go read aletialia now. She had a post-S2 series called "And Still Hope." That's mostly Alec POV and she writes exactly how Alec thinks. It's so fucking sweet. She has a lot of DA fic written but the ASH series is like AU S3 for me. With lots of death and porn and Alec complaining about being abused meanwhile he's sort of made the defacto leader and it's AWESOME.

HA I should be like " I can haz Alec DVDs, plz?" and see if I can guilt someone into getting it for me. I only have The Berrisford Agenda but sadly I can never figure out how to um, send it to people. Dammit. Or I would totalyl send it to you. GAH. Jensen. Kill me.

Um, the ASH series is Max/Alec but if it's not your thing you'll still enjoy the story. She's great with expanding the world and usually other charaters from the show and creating some new ones that are fascinating.

YAY YAY YAY! I'm SO HAPPY that there's at least THAT MUCH out there to devour. I'm pretty sure that'll be the kind of fic that'll have me up until 4:30 in the morning when I have class in a few hours (like a few days ago) going OKAY NO, just one more chapter. 'CAUSE SERIOUSLY, THOSE ARE THE BEST.

And even though I can't stand Jessica Alba I'll be MORE than happy to read it, if only for Alec!sexin'! ASLDKJFALSDJ.
