Long story short, I was looking through all my Senior Trip pics for something for my mom, and I realized that I never posted the Gilmore Girls set pictures! We went to Los Angeles in 2005 and visited the WB studio backlots and therefore saw LOTS OF AWESOME THINGS, Gilmore Girls set and the set of ER included. At the time I was like, "YEAH, pretty much don't care," but NOW I KNOW that one Mister Padackles used to tromp around the set, so of course it fills me with GLEE. Also, we were there the summer of '05, just MONTHS before Supernatural started filming. I think they even filmed the pilot in LA? SO CLOSE, AND YET.



Uhhh, I kind of don't watch the show at all (save for when I see the word "Dean" in the info) so... I pretty much have no idea what these places are or anything. HELP A GIRL OUT, K.

We also went on the actual sets, but of course cameras weren't allowed on them. We went inside the actual soundstage/set of Lorelai's parents' house, and it was very nifty, and I know for a FACT that Jared was on the set there in, uh, that one episode, HEEE. It was very much awesome.


Ahahah JENSEN. Frosted hair and GLASSES, okay, I love him. It's weirding me out to think I was 13 when this was filmed. WHAT.

Tomorrow morning bright and early I'll be driving to Orlando to visit darth_snuggles and distantechoes YAY. ROADTRIP OMG. My shotgun would shut his cakehole, if, uh, I had one.

I don't watch Gilmore Girls, either, so the pics don't mean a whole lot to me, but I *love* that little interview clip. He loves his fans, and that's so great! Ha, 2000.... I graduated high school that year. Dammit, that makes me feel old. :P

Definitely like him better with dark hair and sans glasses, though.

i have to say, mr. ackles, i am a big fan of those glasses you're sporting. the frosted hair could use some work, but i know a lovely gay hairstylist who would looove to make it better, *wink wink*.

GILMORE GIRLS YAY OMG. That show, more than any other, makes me grin and clap my hands like a 12-year-old. The first season, in particular, is one of my favorite happy places, especially DEAN. He's the best boyfriend EVER. <333
