Today sucked. It sucked so bad. I don't know what my problem was, but I was a mess all day. I almost didn't feel like going to Hannah's party, but I did, and I feel a lot better for it. It was her birthday, and the party was at, ahaha, a roller rink. Ahahah omg! I haven't been to one of those since I was in elementary. I PWNED rollerskating like nobody's business back in the day. No inline skates! The oldschool kind, complete with purple wheels and neon yellow laces. Oh man. WELL. I still OWN. Holy crap. It was so much fun. Even in gross, extremely well-used, oldschool skates. Har.
I've decided that I cannot read books like Being Committed or The Devil Wears Prada or some crap. I tried reading the former and found myself pretty much bored by page 10. So, Pride and Prejudice it is, then! (Because, um... I've never read it. I don't know why! I was never required to in high school. So I'm making up for things, I guess.)

Date: 2006-08-13 06:09 am (UTC)And books! Dude, I could talk about books forever! I'm reading River Teeth by David James Duncan (yay!) and I just love him so so much. Have you read The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay? It's one of my very favorites, too.

Ahaha, I bought it at a Flea Market! I was like, "Hmm... haven't read it... $1.50... MINE." Omg Flea Markets. ♥
