"Remember on Lost when they met The Others?"
I. LOVE. THE OFFICE. AHAHAHAHA WIN!!
Pam just seriously needs to break up with her fiancee. I hate him. And marry Jim. Omgyes.
Luna! She's so cute! Pretty darn good casting, I say.
Of course when something of this magnitude happens in the HP fandom, people tend to go HAYWIRE. I've already seen multiple hate posts about her being cast. I'm not trying to defend her (God knows she may end up being horrible and I'll hate her too) but holy crap people, must we be so critical? There's ones like this:
I agree about her eyes. I expected them to be much like open and wider.
I mean... buh? Her eyes are like, freaking huge already, ahaha.
Makeup wise, we don't see any makeup on the main HP girls (save at the Yule Ball). Look at Bonnie Wright in Goblet of Fire and then look at her on the red carpet. Huge difference; no makeup. I SERIOUSLY doubt "Luna" will be wearing makeup as she is in this photo, hence making her look a little more, mm... maybe loopy? Who knows. She'll look a bit younger, anyhow.
Don't judge one bloody photo before the movie even comes out. I mean, seriously, people.
I get so angry and defensive. :(
ANYWAY. I finished A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole today (has anyone read that? it was pretty good!), and next I'm going to start American Gods by Neil Gaiman, and, uh, read OotP on the side because I'm an angst whore and I love that book. GOOD TIMES.

Date: 2006-02-03 08:08 am (UTC)And ahahaha, I have to tell you, I was talking to my mom on the phone a couple days ago, and she was going off on how she loves Dominic Monaghan. "He's everywhere!" She was saying how he's so funny and how she LOVES Lost, then she almost started telling me everything that was happening on the show. I was like, NO! Don't tell me, we're still so far behind! She said, "How far behind? Did they meet the others yet? From the other part of the plane?" I was like !!!!!NO!!!!!!STOP!!!!! She just laughed and said, "Sorry! But that's the best part! And Michelle Rodrigues, she's so good, and ..." etc. etc. SHE WOULDN'T STOP!!! hehehe. No, she didn't go into too much detail but she did spoil me of a few things darnit.
Oh well.
