Feb. 10th, 2005 11:16 pm( I really wasn't kidding!!!1 ) (Lost spoiler...;;.;.;;.... yeah.)
I need to save up my money big-time. So many things I want to do/get. College is the main priority, of course, though I think 75% of it is being paid for. My major concern is if this Scotland trip in August goes down, the cheapest tickets I've found (yeah so what, I was curious!) is $945. Ouch.
I'm going to need a laptop soon for college, as Win98 is pretty much past ancient (it's a 333mhz man!), so that's what I'm putting full attention on right now. Specifically looking for a Toshiba/Dell/Sony pentium III laptop with at least 1.0 Ghz speed on Ebay, and trying very hard not to go over $400. Actually, that isn't too hard to find and do, thankfully. A co-worker at work looked for over a month on ebay and got an awesome laptop for $350. Patience. Blah.
An iPod would be reeaal nice. But that's a want, not a need. A local news affiliation gave www.freeipods.com a legit thumbs up, but the problem is the referring part. It would be insane to try to find 5 people in their right minds who would want to sign up for a 14-day thing of free music or whatever. Unless... :D? ;)
Plus my Senior trip to LA, plus any fun times had if I went to Chicago, etc. My fiscal year for working where I work is almost here, and I have yet to get a raise. Hmm.
Time for bed. Blarghaldfal.
