Okay.

I can't figure this fecking thing out and it is absolutely pissing me off. Hell, things seem to be agitating me more than usual lately. I don't know how else I can skirt around this thing. I want to play nice and not "steal" people's bandwidth, but bloody hell, how can I not when I can't figure how not to? I'm going to bug the crap out of PhotoIsland until they respond. Morons.

So, Coach calls me a little earlier today. He said that there was a change of plans this summer. They're not going to do anything because he's not coming back. Um, what? That's right, he too is not coming back next year. After he said this I didn't have the heart to tell him that I wasn't planning on doing basketball anyway this year. What the heck is happening at my school? I'm not the kind who delves in and soaks up all the gossip I hear, but now I'm starting to wonder. It all started off when Mr. Weer (our principal) said he wasn't coming back. Rumors circulate as they are wont to do, especially in a school that small. There was a theory that the church board (the church basically is in charge of what the school does and all the teachers) didn't sign his contract for another year. Just shooed him off. Next, Mr. Ward said he wasn't coming back. I didn't make the connection until Mark said something about it. He overheard someone say that the church board just kicked him out too, like Mr. Weer. Well. Now I'm wondering if they did the same thing with Coach. Granted he doesn't really have a contract but they could still not let him coach.

Now, reasonings behind all this? For Mr. Weer: He didn't just let in every kid that came to Lakeside. They had to have had a good solid backround in church or the like. Evangelia guessed that the church board wanted more kids for the money, so fire Mr. Weer. For Mr. Ward: He's a really down-to-earth fun loving kind of guy and that must certainly be a no-no for the board. Boot him off. I honestly don't know if this is how the board is but the reasonings behind it seem to fit. And now we're stuck with some dick-weed named Mr. Sims. I'm not happy.

My time has run out. I need to go cook. *Sigh*
