I'd say don't mention the "time off" during the interview unless they ask you specifically. Then mention that it's just a few days.
Also, do as they ask and follow directions specifically. Like if they tell you to take a seat, hang up your coat, and make yourself comfortable: do it. They look for visual cues and people who keep on standing there without taking off their coats, etc. won't get points.
Oh and for interview clothes, conservative but something you're comfortable with. I've always worn black but that's just 'cause it's my colour. Experiment with the looks, etc. the day before the interview to see if everything works.
Not to scare you with this: It's uber-rare but I've heard of interviewers sending out people to check the applicant's car/transport vehicle and take note the cleanliness, condition, etc. If you're coming there in a car or other transport craft, clean/tidy it before the interview. The more common: always be nice to the office workers (not that I doubt you will). At my work and other places, we take notes if applicants were friendly to us at the front desks or not. Those who were rude I assume get docked points.
