I distinctly remember reading a fanfic in which, after Dean goes to hell, Sam starts writing a series of books about a detective named Smith who is searching for his half-brother, Wesson. He puts the glyph from Hell House (the one the brings into reality what you think about) and brings Dean back from Hell that way. I can't remember who wrote it, though, but I remember that it was awesome. That was one of the things that gave me much glee when I found out their names in this ep.

Ahahahaha, next week's episode is going to be EPIC. I wonder how many fandom references they'll fit into it.
