All I could think of during the scene where Dean leads them off and scales the car and jumps through the window (!!!) was that I had scene footage of this filming! Haha wups.

Right, I started rolling around and flailing when the opening shot from the commercial was BEER and Dean working on the CAR. The whole bloody atmosphere of this show - just going back to the BEGINNING of it all - is just so amazingly blue-collar and downhome and WONDERFUL. BOYS BEERS AND CAR on the side of the road in Nowheresville. I LOVE IT.

But, oh yeah, okay, shit, Dean is, effectively passing on his baby to Sam. This? Is breaking my heart into a million little pieces. Words cannot express how much I loved this scene. "It's my job, right? Show my little brother the ropes." Augh. AUGH. I am devestated, and yet, at the same time, so ridiculously happy that Dean is finally LISTENING and Sam is getting through, because they NEED this, need each other so bad it's killing them both. It's killing ME. Oh show. :((( ♥♥♥

Reminded me of Madison actually. There was a lot this episode that made me think of her. Dean was the one who wanted to ax her and Sam wanted to find a way to save. Last night, Sam was all gung ho about the slice and dice and Dean was like, "Well, um, okay." I love this Sam-becomes-Dean thing we've got going on right now.

OMG I love all the gore. Last season, I complained a lot because we didn't get enough. One of my favorite scenes from SPN is "Home" where the plumber loses his hand (because I'm sick) and I love that that shit just keeps happening in S3.


This episode was almost perfect. The only thing that would have made it better is if between Sam beheading Gordon and Dean teaching him how to fix the car, there was dirty almost-vampire sex where Sam licks and sucks on Dean's neck wound. WHAT! Just sayin'...

Ooh, yes, this is so true! And YES, there IS this whole Sam-becoming-Dean thing! Huh! This season is making me so HAPPY.

Omgggg I have SUCH a weak stomach (I have passed out MANY MANY TIMES during blood tests :((() so yeah. There's been a lot of hiding my eyes this season heeee.
