The news from the Samantha Ferris chat today, as gathered by shoiryu, is, and I quote, "in regard to fanfic: the SPN cast and crew read everything. Everything. Be afraid."

To wit: She tried to tell Jensen about Dean/Ellen, aaaand he already knew. And was AMUSED.

Ummm. Ummm. So I'm kind of bright red just THINKING about, you know, everything out there. I'm torn between being super duper amused or kinda horrified AHAHA.

(Skfjdfdl the WORST OF IT is that I was totally set to write this RPF porning AND NOW I JUST. CAN'T. Alkajsdlfj oh God.)

I'm pretty sure they've seen the manips. I mean, honestly, which would be worse: seeing a single picture of yourself (which you know is not yourself) engaged in some lewd act with your co-star, or reading a very explicit and racy sex scene of yourself with the same co-star?

And I'm pretty sure they find them just as entertaining as they do the fanfics.
