I have the best flist in the entire world. Seriously. I can't thank you guys enough for the help through my whining. Just, you know, smack me around a little if it starts to get a bit too much. ♥

Holy GOD it is so hot out I kind of just want to lock myself in the freezer. And this is just the beginning al;ksjfa;lsdj. Go AWAY sun, you are no fun anymore.

I finally got my hands on Sufjan Steven's Enjoy Your Rabbit and I'm trying to decide if it's complete and utter GENIUS or absolute insanity. I know, I know, Captain Sparrow is inclined to think that those two traits coincide with one another more often than not, and, well, it is Sufjan Stevens, so I think he's allowed to be a little of both. But more on the side of genius. WE ALL KNOW THIS, OKAY.

Also, I got Patrick Wolf's The Magic Position BECAUSE I DID NOT REALIZE IT CAME OUT MAY 1ST. I haven't listened to it yet, but I'm sure it will be AWESOME.

While on the subject of music, we got a bunch of new music at Starbucks, including: The Police, Ryan Adams, THE BEASTIE BOYS AHAHAHHA, and The White Stripes! I KIND OF LOVE MY JOB.

DUDE, apparently Kripke and the boys are going to be at Comic Con, as well as Neil Gaiman, and I am kind of sick with jealousy. WHY ALWAYS IN CALIFORNIA. WHY. There's a Hollywood, Florida, TOO, okay.

I have one sentence written for up-and-coming porns (AHAH AHAHAH) and it goes like this: There were some serious perks about working at an auto shop. I hope you can all see where this is going.

I was going to say that I've felt alone and down too, but you have to try and get through it. Also, call your friend. Talking to someone about anything (not even just your problems) may help.

oh my god, i can only imagine what the weather is like down there; i'm melting and i'm halfway up the country. ugh.

the magic position is freaking awesome, i must say (i am guilty of having had a copy since it was leaked onto the intarwebs, so it's quickly become a favorite).

all i can think of with that first sentence is MAYBE DEAN WILL BE IN OVERALLS Y/N? which is a totally ridiculous thought, as i don't think he would ever in his life EVER wear overalls, but still. maybe a mechanic's jumpsuit is appropriate. :D

Fortunately we have the sea breeze, living only 15 minutes from the beach, but it's still HUMID AS HELL. I hate it. >:(

There is nothing I love more than sunshine, blue sky and warm/hot weather! When it's cold like.. 8 months out of the year, i've learned to adore my beautiful summer days. (blah canada.)

Ugh, its hot up here, too. And humid. It's the humidity that kills me. We keep getting 90 degree days one after another, and we had like 75% humidity today. You walk outside and it feels sick out. I took a nap on the couch last night and woke up just drenched in sweat. Global warming is a reality! Ugh!

Seriously, though, Minnesota is like the land of extremes. In the summer, we're in the 90s, and then in the winter we get feet of snow and below zero windchill. I could do without the heat (there's only so many layers you can take off) but I would never, ever live someplace where it didn't snow in the winter. You should come visit me in the wintertime! We can have snowball fights and build snowmen and make snow angels and snow forts and I'll wash your face with it, hehehehe. Its nice in December, but by the time you hit February and March its all dirty from the roads and stuff and really getting kind of old. But I like it!
