I LOOOOVE IMToD with the force of a thousand burning suns because 1) JOHNNNN 2) I bawled like a baby 3) it's what set the pace for EVERYTHING this entire season, every reasoning and action behind what the boys did. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this scene so much because even though Dean is in a COMA Sam is still worried that Dean'll make fun of him for the Ouija board. That KILLS me. Not to mention the use of the Ouija board itself, like Dean says, "I feel like I'm at a slumber party." Ah, the tools of the trade, not even limited to the simplest of objects. And I love and adore with all my heart Sam's faith that it could somehow even work. I can't just think it's Dean's faith (though he thinks he has none) that holds the Winchesters together, it's Sam's as well, even the faith that "dad'll know what to do."
