Bring out your dead!
Aug. 6th, 2003 02:19 pmWell.
Homeroom. Mr. Sims. Not Mr. Ward. Slightly agitated. Very boring. Made ruckus with friends. Hee.
First period. Off to good ol' Mr. Mullins. HAHAHA, no. Government and Economics first thing in the morning ('specially with him) is bound to put me right to sleep. Mind you, I want to learn G&E just not with... him.
Second period was American Lit with Mrs. Barlow. She was Miss Houmis until she got married this summer. Am having trouble remembering, heh. This is going to be a good class. She's quite leniant and throws tennis balls at whomever is being disruptive, ahahah. Good class, this.
Third period was Chemistry with Mr. Sims. Ugh. Ugh. Can we please just go back to Biology? I loved that so much. This class is going to be a lot harder than I thought it would. Intermixed with juniors and seniors, hurrah. Me no like. Though... I'll try.
Fourth period. Spanish III with Mrs. Jenkins. Turns out, I really like this class. There's only five of us (it's an elective). Mrs. Jenkins is nice and a neato teacher. Since it's an elective, we'll probably not even get books, nor will there be homework. It's basically going to be an oral class, which is lovely. I've forgotten a bit of spanish over the summer, so I need to brush up. On weeks that we're learning things about cooking she said we'll go up to the church and bake stuff. On weeks we're going over animals we'll go to the zoo or aquarium. Woo, field trips! Hot damn. And the best thing about this is that it'll count on my college application as an extra language credit. Woot!
Fifth period is another elective. I'm most likely doing art (again, heh). I don't have to do Test Prep again, huzzah.
Sixth period is Proverbs/Cults and World Religions with Mr. Horne. This class will prove to be very intresting, especially C&WR. Can't wait for that. Only thing is, we're combined with the sophmores (there's only 7 of them, ahaha). Ehh. But this should be a good class. Going to be hard, but good.
Seventh and final period is Geometry/Calc/Trig with Mrs. Dempsey. Oh, mother. I'm going to die, really. This will be my hardest class. Ack.
Ah missed mah friends, I did. Today was only good in that we were back to the antics, really. Heheh.
Did I mention that today was a half-day? Because it was. Hah.
Want... ten... icons... ack! But I'd give that up (and anything, basically) to go to the RotK premiere. So I'll just sit here and wait for infomation like a good girl. Yesh.
Edit: Eee, this is so cute! "Go, wenches, go!" Ahahah.

Date: 2003-08-07 08:32 pm (UTC)Hmm... well, this guy says we're going to do a lot of labs. And I'm clumsy. I'm liable to blow stuff up. Heh.
I can write Spanish a lot better than I can speak it. So, like, if I go to Spain I'll just have a chalkboard and write stuff down. Hahah.
No worries. I got a 68 on my Algebra II exam but passed the class with an 85. Go figure.
X3, eh, what? As in, X-men 3? Or am I being dumb?
I might. Verreh verreh slim chance, but hey, I'm taking it.
