It's time to start an Island Fight Club.

Am now growing severely attatched to Sayid. I never really saw him as attractive before, but, yeah, definitely seeing it now. :x
I feel so bad for him. All that stuff he had to do. Insane. That speech he gave that guy (THE OTHER? I seriously have no idea) about burying someone you love... I teared up, man. ♥ you, Sayid!
OMG THE FROG. AHAHAHAH. First the boar, now the frog. Wildlife has it out for Sawyer. I can't believe he killed it!! I'm almost (read: ALMOST) beginning to doubt his inner goodness. OH SAWYER. Don't let me give up on yoooouuuu.
And finding Hurley eating the ranch dressing.... Omg Hurley I love you, fat or no! *MARRIES*
I was so convinced Jack was going to go, "YOU WANNA SEE WHAT HAPPENS, LOCKE? DO YAH? I'M CRAZY! I'M CRAZY DR. JACK! SO CRAZY!" He had that look, man.
BUT HOLY CRAP, I SERIOUSLY FREAKED OUT WHEN THE NUMBERS GOT TO ZERO. Like... holy crap! When they started flipping over to the red and whatnot, my jaw dropped. The symbols looked hieroglyphic. A rocket, a crutch, a bird... something else. I can't remember. Obviously, once the countdown hits zero, it's immediately fixable... something huge was starting up, a generator or something, but I suppose if you catch it right away it might still be okay. Though something still may be "damaged", so to speak. Who knows? And I'm sure Locke won't tell bloody anyone.
My sister had a good idea. Why not flip over the numbers and take a peak? Eh eh?
And NO GOOD on it not being on next week. Lost >>>>>> Olympics, any day.
HAHHA, SO. I'm in creative writing class today and I get to talking with this girl and somehow the conversation of LotR came up. She was saying how much she loved Tolkien (that alone made me happy), and I asked her if she had seen the movies. She said that she makes sure every now and again to watch the Extended Editions, which made me nearly flip out, because like I told Danni, anyone who is willing to watch those babies more than once is a-okay in my book. And then she just had to do this:
Girl: I'm a big fan of detail and so when I write, ehm, fanfiction--
Me: *OMGOMGOMGOMG SHE SAID THE "F" WORD ;ALKDSJFA;LKJS!*
Girl: --I always make a little sketch of the clothing or jewelry or something if it's really important, and then write it out, and then take both to my friend who is a reeeaally good drawer so she can draw it better with more detail.
Me: You said... fanfiction...?
Girl: Yep!
Me: I love college.
Ahahahah. So maybe if I work up the courage one day I'll ask her if she has an LJ. Wave my dork flag, you know.
Oh yeah! I revamped my LJ: --->

Date: 2006-02-16 06:11 pm (UTC)i have yet to encounter an episode (as far as I can remember) that did not somewhat lessen my opinion of Jack :-P He should be voted off.
Locke's so weird lately...very different from the Locke of season 1, or so it seems to me. Just the way he tries to play every side but Jack's and how it always ends up backfiring a little bit on him.
hahah!!! Your ff loving friend in class sounds awesome!! I love meeting people like that in RL lol :D

Date: 2006-02-17 02:05 am (UTC)The symbols looked totally hieroglyphic, but I'm assuming nothing simple otherwise we'd all be looking it up on the internet. :P And it was totally young!Kate in that picture the soldier was holding, I liked that bit, I always love it when they tie them all together in their pasts.
And dude, sweeeet layout. :D

I used this and this tutorial for the header. This place for the lovely patterned backround. And pretty much my own artistic license (and A LOT of work; CSS isn't exactly the easiest to grasp, sometimes) and that's about it. :D!
