This is but a small update for a very big trip.

Heidelberg

Since Wednesday I have been to: Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Heidelberg, Mannheim, Darmstadt, Worms, Rudisheim, and Cologne. NOT BAD. It's weirdly frustrating to hear and read words but not be able to understand them hardly at all. Some drivers on the autobahn are TERRIFYING. I think I have mastered the local trains. Tomorrow I take on the long distance trains, and I'm slightly scared, but mostly really really excited to finally be able to go somewhere on my own and do exactly what I want to do. I don't think I've ever done that on a vacation before. So. Tomorrow. NUREMBURG. Yes.
