Jul. 11th, 2003 10:38 pmAaiiee. I got my hair cut. Three inches off. It's short... just past my shoulders. It's really curly now. Ha! Just what I was going for. I like it.
So this is just bloody fantastic. We're getting our roof redone right now. Two reasons why this is bad: 1. They get here at the house at 8:15 in the morning and are so. friggen. noisy. I swear, it's like they're taking three cement blocks at a time and dropping them on top of our house. I'm trying to sleep, dammit!! Arg. 2. All week it hasn't rained. Today, it just decided to rain buckets (mostly because of that hurricane Claudete or whatever... usually I like hurricanes but not at the moment...) upon us. There was a leak in Erin's room, a leak in our bathroom right where the tub is, and a leak in the porch. Fortunately it only rained about 3 hours, so it wasn't that bad. But, damn, they're going to be back here at 7:30 tomorrow morning. Oi. Well, I'll just do what I've been doing; when they wake me up I put on my headphones and that muffles it pretty well... I then fall back to sleep, heh.
