caithreamAt this point in time I am damn glad for the fandom that I'm in. There's some crazy stuff going on in the whole Domlijah thing. I've just... never been into that. Any of that whole Dombilijah. Not my thing. I'm for the whole fangirl thing. And is that a lame way to go? Is it asinine to sit here and write stories about meeting/falling in love/adventures/misadventures with people you'll probably never meet? Pathetic, even? It kind of turns me off to write or read about any of the lads being gay and sexing it up together. Eh. Does that make me miss-goody-two-shoes? I don't know. From the way a few are talking, yes. But I like this. There are just some awesome writers at EWFN. Their talent is not to be underestimated. But then, there are those who make you just cringe to be in what fandom you are. It pisses me off. Thank God for Writer's Block. Actually some mild sanity in there (well the insanity is good but only for certain reasons and certain times, heh). But anyway, the whole slash deal is not my problem and I'm glad of that.
My mum and I are going to see the Matrix tonight. Woo! Can't wait to see it again. I'm so glad she's feeling at least up to par somewhat again. But next Friday she has another chemo. Well, at least it's the last one. I still feel awfully selfish in saying that, seeing as how I'm not the one going through it. She's absolutley dreading it. I'm so glad it's the last one... she might have a breakdown or something if there was more. Then tomorrow night I'm going to Busch Gardens with Haley from 5 till 11. Ha! Rock. Can't wait. Then Saturday we're planning on inviting half the class and going to see X2. Yay! So, yes, I have a life for the next few days.
