caithreamAhhh! Holy freaking crap! X-Men 2 kicked some serious ass! It was so awesome. Rocked my socks. Eeep!
Oh wow. First I have to start off with the previews, because they're just one of the highlights of going to the movies. They showed a preview for The Hulk, which looks freaking awesome. Then there was this movie called "Hollywood Homocide". Dude. Harrison Ford and Josh Hartnett are in it. Can we say 'twice the guh'? I don't care if Harrison Ford is almost 60. He's a sexy bugger. And the movie looks pretty funny, too. I couldn't really picture Harrison doing a movie like that, but oh well. I want to see it. Then there was this movie with Sean Connery called "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen". From what Jimmy tells me, it's set in the 1900's and Sean Connery is supposed to be a grown-up Tom Sawyer. Cool. Then there are all these "extraordinary" people: an invisible man, a vampire, ect. It looks pretty cool. THEN, there was this preview that started off with Lord of the Ring's music and the font. Okay, I'll admit, I started freaking out. Buuut, it turned out to be a the Dumb and Dumberer preview. Heh. Oh well. I want to see that too.
Okay! The movie! Ahhh! The beginning! NIGHTCRAWLER! Dude! This guy rocks! He went, swoosh! He was just too freaking cool. I gotta find more about this guy. He's a demon or something... but he was always touching his cross and saying the Lord's prayer and stuff. Hmm. I'd have to say my favorite part of the movie was when Rogue was falling out of the plane and he BAMF'ed (as people say) and got her and brought her back to the plane. Hot damn! That rocked. The guy who plays him I think is Scottish. Hoot! I'll have to check up on that.
Magneto. Dude. The way he got out of his cell was total genious. Take the iron out of someone's blood? Very cool. Mystique was awesome. Wolverine... guhhh. Hotness. He kicks major arse. Literally. Bobby/Iceman. Yum. Jean Grey. Whoa. This girl rocks. Telekinisis... wow. When she stopped those rockets I thought she was going to have a brain hemorrage or something. Heh. The ending blew me away. And Jimmy told me what happens! She doesn't die. She mutates into Pheonix. She can control fire and still have telekinisis. With the fire she can create wings, or something, and fly. That's why there were those wings in the water at the end. Ahh! Too feking cool. I can not wait for X3.
