Stolen from lots of people.

Say These Words: Aunt, Route, Wash, Oil, Theater, Iron, Salmon, Caramel, Fire, Water, Sure, Data, Ruin, Crayon, Toilet, New Orleans, Pecan, Both, Again, Probably, Spitting Image, Alabama, Lawyer, Coupon, Mayonnaise, Syrup, Pajamas, Caught

Now answer these questions:

What is it called when you throw toilet paper on a house?
What is the bug that when you touch it, curls into a ball?
What is the bubbly carbonated drink called?
What do you call gym shoes?
What do you say to address a group of people?
What do you call the kind of spider that has an oval-shaped body and extremely long legs?
What do you call your grandparents?
What do you call the wheeled contraption in which you carry groceries at the supermarket?
What do you call it when rain falls while the sun is shining?
What is the thing you change the TV channel with?

DERP. It's a little jumpy, and lol at the end I meant to say "urban," not "rural." HERP DERP.

Really good. Very much enjoyed it. I heard Natalie Portman lost 20 pounds to play the role, or maybe that was during the role? Geez. I haven't read any reviews on it whatsoever, which I want to do in order to see what other people think about all her delusions, but I'm wondering what the general consensus was on the end? As in, did she actually kill herself, or was that still part of the delusions? She's in her powder room, and pulls out the shard of glass from her stomach (symbolizing death of innocence, yes, go on), but the blood doesn't appear again on her outfit until she's just about to take the plunge. So is it just... the blood didn't appear until that moment, or the continuing delusion that she had to kill herself to make it perfect? Everyone was crowded around her, and blood was pooling on the floor, but again... delusion? Maybe I'm just overthinking it.

As I told my friends, this is the kind of movie I'd love more than anything to dissect and write paper after paper on. So much heavyhanded symbolism (my favorite being when her and Mila Kunis's character were at the club, and Nina went into the bathroom to change from a white shirt into a black one dun dun dunnn!), but still. Good stuff.

Hey my bitches. lol omg. I say What's up bitches. CLEARLY WE SHOULD BE FRIENDS. y/y?

So far I seem to be the only person who grew up with the term "sunshower" for when it rains while it's sunny out. ;_;

Nina went into the bathroom to change from a white shirt into a black one dun dun dunnn!

A Hitchcock move at it's finest in twenty-first century film. Just like in Psycho when after Marion Crane steals the money she wears black underwear, whereas in a previous scene she was in white underwear.

I was so confused by the ending too but I guess we are not suppose to really know what happened to Nina. However, what I found most disturbing is when she hallucinated that she was ripping the skin off of her finger. I could feel that while I was sitting there.

YER VOICE.

Oh but honey. You clearly forgot to say, "Born and raised in Florida, but moving to Portland very soon."

This is important fact.

Your voice is so sexy, and I've heard it IN PERSON. Mrowr. ;)

Black Swan is STILL making me think even after seeing it twice! I read an article on SlashFilm that was talking about how Nina's Mom may have been sexually molesting her, because just as soon as Nina and Lily are done having sex Lily says "My sweet girl." AND ONLY NINA'S MOM EVER SAID THAT!! And when Nina sees the changing faces at that moment, you can see her seeing her Mom's face; I actually went back to watch that scene and omg I was blown away ALL OVER AGAIN because I TOTALLY didn't pick up on that! And someone else pointed out that the morning after all of this, when Nina tells her Mom she's moving out that her Mom is just sitting there looking morose like she's guilty for something. I DON'T KNOW! That article was just so intriguing and thought provoking.

Such a stunning movie and an equally stunning performance from Natalie Portman!

Yay! I am less alone in the universe. :D I was starting to wonder if it was some odd regional thing.

CLEARLY. BBFs. (Best Bitches Forever.)

HA, oh yes, now that I think about it, I have heard that term before. For some reason, that other one was the only one I remembered. I WAS AN IMPRESSIONABLE CHILD.

LULZ I partially blame my "office phone voice" for that. NEXT TIME THERE WILL BE HERPIN AND DERPIN.

HA, it was a bit over-dramatic, and usually when I'm hit over the head with so much anvilicious symbolism I tend to roll my eyes, but... idk! It worked pretty well for me!

Ooh, danke darling, heee.

Oh wow, I never thought about that! I did hear her say "my sweet girl," but I had just been thinking that that was Nina's hallucinations telling that to her, almost in a sarcastic way since she was having teh lesbian sex with Mila Kunis's character. But her being sexually molested makes a lot more sense, especially with how over-protective her mom was. But yes, so very good!

You've got a wonderful voice. And for all your talk of not being very southern, I distinctly heard a "dang" in there somewhere! And podunk! Heh. I'm from western Kentucky (one of the only large cities in the state), so I know all about podunk. I love that you did this. You sound so likable. Good thing we're already friends!
