well, if you can do some research about the firm you are interviewing ie do they have a website or google it in other words, have some knowledge so you can formulate some questions and in the interview mention things about it. Of course, only if it fits in there.
don't ramble and answer questions directly and have a point to it.
have a sense of humor but don't be a clown.
Wear conservative clothes, color and not too much jewelry. no cleavage or above the knee mini

Good Luck! now if you get the job you should tell the about needing time off asap also during your interview you might want to ask hypothetically, their policy on time off during the grace period or if you are a direct hire right away and so...on my last job I had to cancel plans to go to the ST Creation Con in Vegas even though I did let them know about it beforehand, it was a choice of a job vs. no job.
