Eeep eeep um.

Do to a little bit of a mixup I can't stay with who I was going to room with at WinCon, so I was wondering if anyone was still looking for a spot to fill? Or knows someone who does? I don't take up much space and I don't snore and I'm neat, I promise! AND it'll help bring down the room cost! *Waggly eyebrows*

ALSO, wtf, I'm really, REALLY starting to get majorly pissed off at this andreas_ri fellow. I wanted to go back and look at these pictures, which I had just clicked on SUNDAY and it opened. Now he's got it friendslocked, or whatever. Asshole much? Does anyone know where they're saved anywhere else, on a website or something, or how to bypass this guy's douchery? I don't want to be a tool and friend him, but AUGHGHASD, I just want to see the pictures!

The Andreas guy may have had to lock them due to copyright laws or such. Or at least being afraid he'd get into trouble with the studio if the pics were ones which were never supposed to be shown. Maybe ask in the thread why they were locked?

I don't think it has anything to do with copyrights. He gets his hands on the good stuff, almost like he's got connections with higher ups. He's thrown bitchfits in the past about crediting him or people complaining about the maneuverability of his website and some such stuff. Then earlier this month he completely deleted his website where TONS of stuff was archived. I think part of it was that it was costing too much money because people might have been hotlinking, or whatever, but how HARD IS IT to just leave them up in your journal for people to caruse? :\

He's got the pics still hosted on his webserver - so I'm thinking it's bandwidth issues.

My guess is that he cut back on service and can't afford us to all pound the site at once. So he's deliberately bottlenecking us.
