caithreamSarah is not happy.
First things first, I was trying most of the afternoon to see if I could hook up both our family computer and my computer in my room on to a network, therefore allowing me to move files to the family computer and burn CD's and such because I don't have a CD burner in my room. At this point in time my computer (the good ol' thing thing that it is) is seeing my family computer but the family computer is not seeing mine. I am beginning to detest Windows XP. So I was running back and forth to my computer and the family one. I was out here for a while and when I went back in my computer monitor was black. Uh, not good. The little green light for the monitor was off. Really not good. After restarting it umpteen thousand times I just figured my monitor had gone kapoots on me. Feckers.
My dad is a worker for the city and when they have spare things that he wants and they don't they just give it to him. At one time we had about 5 monitors in the house. Now I can't find a single one. This angers me greatly. I called my dad and if anything we could bring it in to the shop and it would be done on Wednesday. Ugh ugh ugh.
This may not seem like a big deal, but I am feeling mildly bitchy today. So there.
Went back-to-school shopping today. Woo hoo. I still have to work even though I'm a junior? What's up with that?
I almost fell backwards when I saw this song on my dad's playlist. Bahahaha! Doooorrothyyyy, go write. Now.
Edit: Bahahaha! Not only did my dad find a spare teeny tiny monitor, but I figured out the networking business. Hooray for good things. :)
