Hmm. Soo. I somehow just got a job. Not a real one, mind you, but it pays. My sister was being picked up by her friend Katelyn and her mom asked me to come outside so I could talk to her. She wanted to know if I could tutor Katelyn in math. I'd have to go over to their house (which is not bad at all... it's huge) three or four times a week and help her with math. It's only seventh grade math so hopefully I won't look like an idiot, heh. Math is not my strong point... but I'll more than likely be just fine here, heh. I don't know how much I'll get paid but any sorce of income is fabulous, since I'm getting none at the moment. I pretty much start tomorrow. Less free time, but hell, I've had enough free time to last me a bit. So, yay.

Just for the heck of it, I straightened my hair this morning. It looks pretty cool. A bit stringy, but cool. I think I like my hair better curly but this is a nice change.

I was going to rant and argue about a certain quiz I saw on LJ but, hell... the world is full of stupidity and my say in that isn't going to change it a bit. Absolutely idiotic. Gah.

UserDOM! Hee hee. Well, if I can somehow convince the parents, then that I definately will do. It's worth a shot...

What quiz? I'm open to your say on the stupidity. XD

Oh, yes, yes, you especially, because of the topic. It was some crap thing like "What should your hair color be?" and if you got pink or something the explanation underneath was like this: "Go you! You are total punk. You hate Avril Lavigne and luv Sum 41. Rock on!"

...

Um, no. I am in no way "punk" nor do I claim to be "punk" but I definately know, that is not "punk." Punk died out in the fecking 1990's for God's sake! It is an absolute discrace, music and young'uns today. Honestly. So fecking moronic.

Ah I see. I keep getting 'punk' in quizzes. O.o The children do not know what punk is.
There is still punk around...somewhere. It's just hard to find.

Maybe in 20 years people will look back and call this period of time some sort of 'new punk era'. I hope not.

Yesh, yesh... maybe you're right.

And, geez, I hope not. The Good Charlotte worshippers might call it that... I, however, will tell my children it was the "Nu-metal, pop-punk era" that drove some to insanity and most to devout emo/'punk' followings.

Shoosh. I'm not bitter. Annoyed, but not bitter. :D
