I started my classes really officially today at 9am, and because I had NO idea what my classes were even going to be when my manager made the schedule for this week, I was scheduled to work 6:15-12:00. I had been trying since FRIDAY to find someone to cover my shift. I called TONS of people again, left messages, called different stores, and no one, NO ONE helped me. The same exact thing happened when I was really sick about a month or so ago. Not to mention I picked up TWO SHIFTS this week. I mean SERIOUSLY. So, of course, yesterday I was stressing about it really really bad. Like, sick to my stomach bad. Tuesdays are our busiest morning, and whenever the temperature drops (like it did) our business picks up tremendously. I was so, so worried about it, and when I came in this morning I must have looked awful because my shift manager was like, "Did you not find anyone to cover? Honey, have you been worrying about this all night?" and I managed a wibbly affirmative, and both the girls were like, "Don't worry about it, seriously!" So. SO. There's that. I felt so much better, even if I did still feel awful. OH WELL. These things cannot be helped sometimes, I guess. Like when people are all epic douchebuckets.

Anyway, my pain-in-the-ass-but-I'm-finally-there classes for this semester:

T & Thu
9:00-10:15 Communications (Apparently UCF requires three extra gen eds that USF did not! Communications, Statistics, and Economics or Government. UGH. Apparently for this class we're doing this thing called Junior Achievement, where once a week for five weeks we're teaching at an elementary school. At first I was like, UHHH, EXCUSE ME WHAT. But I guess it's pretty cool and it HELLA beats having to speak in front of your own classmates, I guess!)
12:00-1:15 Theories of Literature (OH how long I have put off taking this class. Certain types of literary criticism is not my strong point, but I think it'll still be interesting, if totally and completely aggravating.)
1:30-2:45 Intro to Macroeconomics (GEN EDS UGH. But the professor kind of looks like a darker-skinned Robert Downey Jr. and has the same accent as Borat and didn't put me to sleep, so! V. doable, I GUESS.)

YAWN, BORING, I KNOW. WELL, at least tomorrow I'm going home and then we're getting up at my normal waking hours of 4am and driving to Georgia! EEEEEEE. Looks like there's no snow in the forecast now, sigh, but we'll be getting there just in time for a freaking cold cold front that's moving in, so! GOOD TIMES ALL AROUND.

Tommorrow morning will be my 8th day in a row working but after that I'm DONE and GOING and YAY. Oh man I'm tired.

ETA: HAHA this Jensen interview for MBV. BLONDE, HI. His face when the dude mentioned Devour! HAHAHA. ♥!!!

Wow. That reporter could not even pretend to be a heterosexual lmao.

I pity you for econ. I took it in high school and I spent literally an entire semester doing art projects, throwing things across the room, and/or lighting things on fire. That it seriously one of the worst subjects in history.

I ♥ Jensen so much in this interview. I was like... does he want to laugh his ass off? I mean, honestly, is he just itching to call Jared and go, "Dude, you should have seen this guy that interviewed me man! I swear, dude, it was like being interviewed by Carson Kressley."

OMG this past summer I did a day at an elementary school for Junior Achievement!!! We did the lessons in one day rather than over several weeks. It was a blast - seriously - the kids were awesome, (I had a 4th grade class) and it was so much fun - even though I'd signed up to do it I was still nervous but I really, really think that you'll enjoy it. If it helps, the teacher has to stay in the room while you're "teaching" so it's not like you'll be left alone and all hell will break loose ;) If you want to pick my brain about my time doing it just let me know :)

Good luck this semester!!

HUGS!!!
