Alexander the Great: keeping the panhellenic dream alive since 323 BC.

The World's Biggest Asshole's scale of assholery tonight was actually more like a 4. Hmm! Started improving after he quizzed me on my taste of music; all I got out was, "The Shins, The Decemberists, The Arcade Fire, Sufjan Stevens, Goldfrapp-" and then he went on about Sufjan and how he has, "only, like, four good songs," and then proceeded to tell me he has all his albums...? I would have called him out for it, and maybe thrown in some kind of condescending remark about how much of a girl he must be for liking that kind of music, good Lord, but, really, I am too nice. Never mind the fact that I did most of his work for him on bar. How exciting.

I only have one final tomorrow in ancient (or, as Jared likes to say, ANXIENT) history, though I probably could have studied a bit more if I, you know, really really wanted to. Which I don't. The life and times of the brothers Winchester is much more exciting. Still, my book mentiones daevas, and that kind of made me grin like an idiot, SO.

I have done approximately, um, zero Christmas shopping yet. OH NOES.

I love your subject title.

Bad date? Urg. Why can't men just be perfect like we imagine them?

Hee! We only just touched on Greek (or Macedonian, whatever) civilization at the end, and that was the only thing I enjoyed, really. :(

Ahaha, no, just a coworker, unfortunately. I honestly don't understand why he thinks he can get off with being such a dick, but, whatever. Geh.

Good luck on the final, I hope you do well. (I'm sure you will: it just always feels like one could have studied more.)

I hate music snobs.

Even though I am totally one myself.

AHAHAHA. I think I'm, uh, with you there. I'm all, "STOP BEING A MUSIC ELITIST," and then, "Do you know how uncool you are for not liking so-and-so?" Hee.
