I always wonder how other companies manage taking time off, since with Starbucks we were open like, 17 hours a day, 7 days a week, so taking time off didn't really matter, as you'd get your 30 hours a week in somehow. But I don't know how stringent Mon-Fri/9-5 companies are about that kind of stuff. Probably also depends on the company.
